You start to stress about small details that hadn’t previously even crossed your mind. What was once a source of ideas becomes a source of anguish. 2. GET BACK TO THE HOBBIES THAT MAKE YOU HAPPY
Sometimes, the things that you love doing get put on the back burner whilst you’re planning your wedding. Cut out caffeine later in the day, refrain from scrolling through your phone in bed, and try to get eight hours per night. Wedding stress often feels a lot more manageable when you wake up feeling well rested and ready to face the day.
4. MAKE A LIST AND PRIORITISE
Do you feel like you’ve got a million and one things running through your head? You need to find a venue that will meet your needs. You need to find a wedding dress that fits your budget. Your head is swimming with ideas, and it’s stressing you out so much that you can’t seem to make any progress. Take a step back, and breathe! Now’s the time to get organised. Make a list of the things that need your attention, and prioritise them by importance. Having a real plan will help you to make progress, and keep things in perspective.
